About Veronika

I help buyers, sellers, and investors in Los Alamos, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas make confident real estate decisions through clear guidance, preparation, and thoughtful execution.

Originally from a small mountain town in the Czech Republic, I’ve lived in several countries before choosing Los Alamos as home. I value its safety, strong sense of community, and direct access to nature - qualities that make it an exceptional place to live and invest.

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming. My role is to simplify the process, anticipate challenges, and keep every step organized and on track. I am highly detail-oriented and goal-focused, and I work to ensure transactions move forward smoothly and close successfully.

My interest in real estate began as an investor and property manager. With an entrepreneurial background and a PhD in civil engineering, I bring an analytical, data-driven approach to pricing, market trends, and deal evaluation - always tailored to each client’s specific goals.

Before entering real estate full-time, I developed engineering software sold worldwide and built several small businesses from the ground up, serving thousands of clients. That experience shaped my commitment to delivering reliable results, clear communication, and personal attention.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, climbing, hiking, and skiing. I’m also active in the community as a youth ice hockey coach and assistant leader of a local girls scouting troop.
